Monday Briefing: This Week's Top Accounts, in Your Inbox
ChatAE already researches and scores your accounts. Now it sends the results to your inbox every Monday morning — a ranked briefing of which accounts to prioritize this week, why now, and who to talk to.
A weekly push, not another dashboard to check
After onboarding, ChatAE runs research, scores accounts, and surfaces triggers on Home. But unless you open the app, that work sits idle. The Monday briefing closes the gap: it delivers a prioritized account list directly to your inbox so you can act from Gmail or Outlook without context-switching.
Each email includes up to 10 ranked accounts.
What's in the email
Every account in the briefing includes three things:
- Why this week — a concrete why-now hypothesis based on your research and what your company sells. Not a generic score, but a readable explanation of why this account matters right now.
- What we found — one or two research bullets with the signal detail behind the recommendation.
- Who to talk to — existing VP, Director, or C-level contacts in ChatAE. If there's a gap, the email says so honestly (e.g., "No VP+ contacts yet") rather than hiding it.
Each account also links back to ChatAE so you can open the full research when you're ready.
The subject line tells you the count — "Your Monday briefing: this week's top 5" — without listing company names. The greeting ties to what your company sells, so the context is immediate.
How to use it
- Keep researching accounts as usual — the briefing pulls from the same research that powers Home.
- Check your email Monday morning — your ranked accounts are waiting.
- Turn it off anytime — go to Settings → Profile → Emails → Monday briefing and uncheck the toggle.
The briefing is on by default for users on an active trial or paid plan. You'll find the toggle in Settings → Profile under Emails.

The Monday briefing is live now. If you have researched accounts, your first email arrives next Monday.
